Natursutten Pacifiers (PVC, BPA, Phthalate and Nitrosamine free)
The Danish word Natursut means "Natural Pacifier". The Natursutten Pacifiers (also known as dummy or soother) is made from pure, 100% natural rubber from the tree Hevea Brasiliensi. The protein that on rare occasions can provoke a latex allergy is removed from the rubber mass used for these soothers. This means, that there is no risk of latex allergy when using them.
The pacifiers are softer than silicone pacifiers and extremely hygienic because they are molded in one piece. This means there is no joints or cracks where dirt and bacteria can accumulate. The pacifier shield is larger than conventional shields to help protect babies from squeezing the flexible material enough to get into their mouth.
Natusutten pacifiers are helpful in satisfying the need of self-soothing through suction and in preventing possible negative effects on teeth and palate formation created by a baby's thumb sucking.
The Natursutten pacifiers have passed tests with their best result “Sehr Gut” (Very Good) in the well acknowledged German magazine Ökotest (Organic Test). They Conform to Pacifier Safety requirements by European standard EN 1400.

Why choose pure rubber pacifiers?
The high quality of pure rubber promotes a feeling of calm and comfort in a baby. Pure rubber is a perfect foundation for hygiene because it banishes germs, and because these pacifiers are molded in one piece, there are no joints or cracks where bacteria can accumulate. Also, pure rubber pacifiers are advisable for babies, who already have teeth, because of the material's resilience which helps prevent breaking off and swallowing of small pieces.
Why is the flat shield important?
Natursutten pacifier's flat shield is instrumental in providing the baby's mouth and face muscles with much needed freedom of movement. Keep in mind that most pacifiers feature a concave shield, which constrains lip and face musculature. This may result in delayed development of these muscles, as well as inability to satisfy the baby's need to suck and undesirable breathing through the mouth.
