SHOPPING TERMS

Shipping: While we try our best to ship your orders within 2 business days of receiving it, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event, you will be informed of estimated shipping date. All orders are subject to availability and shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case, we will contact you and get further instructions. Please check our shipping charges on shipping page. Miessence products usually take 7 days for the shipment.

Return Policy: Items are refundable for a partial refund of order value minus (shipping charges and 15% restocking fee), as long as they meet the following criteria:

  1. Returned within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Must be in their original packaging and must be unused and unwashed.
  3. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit on return.
  4. All returns must be authorised by Easy Organic Products.
