Delivery Information
How long does it take to receive goods?
Orders may take anything from 7 days to 15 days to major cities worldwide.

Are there any possibilities of delay?
Yes, all orders are subject to stock availability and shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case, we will contact you.

Once an order is placed, how long does it take to ship that?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days subject to payment confirmation, if in stock otherwise we will contact you.

Payment Information
What is your default currency?
Our default currency is Singapore dollar and therefore all our policies like shipping consider Singapore Dollar as default currency. Even when you change currency, only product prices get converted into another currency, not all the pages reflect currency changes. 

What are the payment options available?
Currently we accept all major credit cards via Paypal. You need not be registered with Paypal for that. For our Singapore customers, we also provide option of bank transfer. You will see details regarding our bank account in your checkout page.

Return Policy
Do you accept returns?
Items are refundable for a partial refund of order value minus (shipping charges and 15% restocking fee), as long as they meet the following criteria:

1. Returned within 7 days of receipt.
2. Must be in their original packaging and must be unused and unwashed.
3. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit on return.
4. All returns must be authorised by Easy Organic Products.

Is there a time limit on refund of orders?
Yes, the item should be returned within 7 days of receipt.

When do I receive my refund after an item has been returned?
Upon receipt of the returned goods, a credit is issued to the credit card/paypal account or bank account used for that particular purchase order. It usually takes 4-5 business days after receipt of items for the credit to show on your card.

Sckoon - Sckoon Organics is a NY based, unique brand (retail & wholesale) of designer organic cotton baby clothes, baby kimonos, colorful & fun baby cloth diapers, eco-friendly organic plush toys, natural baby gifts, organic cotton dog clothes, other pet supplies, and organic cotton cloth menstrual & postpartum pads as alternative menstrual products. Sckoon products are designed in Soho, New York, manufactured at our environmental conscience fair trade factories, and certified by Demeter (international biodynamic certification board) and AGRECO (USDA Accredited Certifying Agent). Currently Sckoon products are distributed at 460 stores including baby boutiques, ECO/Health stores, online stores, and department stores in 16 countries.

Size Guide:
Sckoon clothing runs true-to-size and accommodates for shrinkage. You can feel comfortable ordering according to your child's height.
1. Measure your child from the head to the heels. For diapers and diaper covers, measure the weight and find size.
2. Use our chart to find the best size.

Age is just for your reference; not as accurate as using the height. Every child is different!

Kripa - Kripa is India based brandof basic baby clothing. By bringing Kripa to you, we want to fulfill your wish to have affordable basic baby clothing for your little ones. These garments come in various basic colours and designs which are very comfortable for the babies.

Size Guide:
Kripa clothing is bit larger than sckoon clothing in respective sizes.

Daisy Roots CHROME FREE Leather Shoes - Daisy Roots soft leather baby shoes are handmade in Northampton-England, home of English shoemaking. Our footwear is manufactured using environmentally friendly chrome free leather, soft suede’s, and warm sheepskins in a variety of fashionable styles, in solid colors or detailed with unique and whimsical designs and motifs including letters, animals, flowers, as well as hobby and sports themes. How do we ascertain quality of your products?
All our products from Sckoon are certified by "Demeter" and all our products from Kripa are certified by "SKAL". Demeter and SKAL are two of the leading certified agencies for Organic Clothing.

Similarly Daisy Roots Leather Shoes are recommended by the Child Growth Foundation.

Membership Information
Do I need to open an account on www.easyorganicproducts.com to place an order?
If you have never shopped at Easy Organic Products before, then you will need to create an account. This is where we collect your billing information and assign a unique login to you. Using your login information you will be able to:

- Receive email confirmation of your order & shipment.
- Review past orders.

Discount Coupons
When are Discount coupons issued to customers?
Discount coupons are issued at the discretion of Easy Organic Products. Currently, we offer 5% Welcome discount coupons to all our new customers. On sign up, you will receive a mail with details of discount coupon.

Are Discount coupons valid for all the products in store?
Discount coupons are valid for all the products in our store except Gift Certificates and Daisy Roots Leather Shoes.
